A large urban renewal project . 170 hectares within the city of Loja, south of Ecuador.

Its purpose was to renovate the city’s historical centre and to improve the quality of the public service networks.

New infrastructure networks for drinking water and the sewage system. A new underground electrical network. New streets, public squares and urban lighting.

I developed a new proposal to make the city center pedestrian including a master plan layout, design of new pavements incorporating cultural heritage, new drainage system ,urban furniture and lighting.
